Delivery
All orders are sent with Royal Mail.
Orders placed from the 18th December will be dispatched from the 30th. International delivery will resume after Christmas.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the new GPSR law coming into effect on the 13th December, I will be stopping shipping to EU countries and Northern Ireland from the 5th December. Unfortunately the law requires things to be put into place that a lot of small businesses will not be able to afford, I apologise for the inconvenience.
Prices
UK (including Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man)
Orders under 100g will be sent 2nd class, at £1.
Orders over 100g will be sent Tracked 48 starting from £3.
Please note that tracked shipping does not mean a quicker dispatch time. There is free delivery on all UK orders over £40, after any discounts are applied.
International
PLEASE NOTE: Orders made from outside the UK may be subject to import and VAT fees at the border of your country. These fees are the responsibility of you, the customer and will be collected via the postal provider in your country.

International orders are posted Royal Mail International Tracked. Postage prices are dependent on size & weight of the products, and start from £8, ranging up to £24. Royal Mail state that International orders can take up to 7-10 working days from dispatch to arrive, but this may vary due to customs/border delays or any other delays within your country. It is not our responsibility for any customs fees that may occur in your country.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed items due to postal strikes or circumstances beyond our control. Please bear this in mind as due to the current pandemic, there are still delays being experienced.
Returns
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless faulty. However, in the circumstance that you do have any issues, please e-mail at hello@hayleyjade.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help. Please do not message on Instagram/Facebook about orders, please always email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do our utmost best when packaging orders to minimise any potential damage caused by handling of the parcel, of which is out of our control.
Refunds
If you are to receive a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
