All orders are sent with Royal Mail. Most products are printed to order, therefore deliveries will be sent out within 3 working days of order (unless otherwise specified).
UK (including Guernsey & Jersey)
Delivery charges are dependant on size & weight of the products. There is free delivery on all UK orders over £30 (after any discounts are applied). Orders are generally sent Royal Mail 1st class, but some orders may be sent 2nd class to keep cost of postage down. Orders should take 1-3 working days from despatch to arrive.
EU CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE:
From Just 1st, shipping to EU countries will be temporarily disabled whilst we figure out the best way forward for our business to deal with the new VAT charges that will affect any EU customers. We do apologise for the inconvenience. However, we do have a store on Etsy, which we will still be shipping to EU countries as Etsy will collect the VAT on each order on our behalf, so if you would like to order, please do go through our Etsy store:
Prices will obviously increase because of the VAT charges, and these will be dependant on the VAT rate of your country.
REST OF WORLD
We offer International delivery where Royal Mail Tracked is available. As with UK orders, postage prices are dependent on size & weight of the products. International orders should take anywhere between 3-7 working days from dispatch to arrive, but this may vary due to customs/border delays or any other delays within your country. It is not our responsibility for any customs fees that may occur in your country.
If your country is not on our list, please e-mail us at email@example.com about any other overseas orders, and we'll try to help where we can.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed items due to postal strikes or circumstances beyond our control. Please bear this in mind as due to the current pandemic, there are still delays being experienced.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. However, in the circumstance that you do have any issues, please e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do our utmost best when packaging orders to minimise any potential damage caused by handling of the parcel, of which is out of our control.
If you are to receive a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
