Delivery & Returns


All orders are sent with Royal Mail. Most products are printed to order, therefore deliveries will be sent out within 4 working days of order (unless otherwise specified).


UK (including Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man)

Orders under 250g will be sent 2nd class, at £1-£2, dependant on item. All orders over 250g will be sent Tracked 48 at £3.50. Please note that tracked shipping does not mean a quicker dispatch time. There is delivery on all UK orders over £40, after any discounts are applied.


PLEASE NOTE: Orders made from outside the UK  may be subject to import and VAT fees at the border of your country. These fees are the responsibility of you, the customer and will be collected via the postal provider in your country.

International orders are posted Royal Mail International Tracked. Postage prices are dependent on size & weight of the products, and start from £8, ranging up to £24. Royal Mail state that International orders can take up to 7-10 working days from dispatch to arrive, but this may vary due to customs/border delays or any other delays within your country. It is not our responsibility for any customs fees that may occur in your country.

If your country is not on our list, please e-mail us at about any other overseas orders, and we'll try to help where we can.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed items due to postal strikes or circumstances beyond our control. Please bear this in mind as due to the current pandemic, there are still delays being experienced.


Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless faulty. However, in the circumstance that you do have any issues, please e-mail at and we’ll be happy to help. Please do not message on Instagram/Facebook about orders, please always email. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do our utmost best when packaging orders to minimise any potential damage caused by handling of the parcel, of which is out of our control.

If you are to receive a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
